Job Description

  • Interact with existing clients and internal contacts as scheduled
  • Develop and execute best practice in business development and client management systems
  • Develop close relations with clients’ HR teams, senior managers and other key stakeholders
  • Obtain and revise account information and complete activities as required
  • Execute and perform activities on new client implementations
  • Collaborate with finance and sales to ensure contract execution and renewal adjustments
  • Create and maintain plan documents working internally
  • Direct and manage internal team and clients
  • Guide teams to utilize thought leadership to deliver clients’ business goals in innovative ways
  • Manage client relationships strategically based on business and marketing objectives
  • Lead project execution across client and practice teams
  • Develop precise business objectives interacting with clients and partner agencies
  • Design digital marketing programs and its evaluation strategy
  • Plan and direct delivery of contracted business activities for assigned projects
  • Establish yearly budgets and control expenses to attain revenue goals
