Reports to: Head of Marketing/ Marketing Director
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them
- Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s advertisement projects
- Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects
- Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients
- Identifying accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained
- Monitoring work performance of colleagues and setting sales targets
- Recruiting and training new account executives
- Act as a liaison between the client and the advertising agency and supervisor executives in the management of their respective accounts
- Oversee formulation of advertising strategies; the internal direction of accounts inclusing creative; media; set timeline and allocate budget
- Anticipate the needs of the clients and any third party resources or services employed to deliver clients goals and objectives
- Initiate accurate and detailed paperwork for jobs that are input into the production and accounting systems and follow the process from beginning to end.
- Abide by working policies and ensures that data confidentiality is maintained
- Maintain projects, timelines, media schedules and due dates
- Prepare/ oversee creative brief to give direction to the creative teams
- Provide strategic support for market analysis, new clients pitching, and development of overall business target of the agency
- See to it that executives provide best service to the fullest satisfaction of the clients
- Be completely responsible and accountable for the assigned projects
- Discuss any issue aarising in their work of area with the manager
- Help generate and develop new clients
- Provide accurate and up-to-date reports/status of jobs/clients on time.
