  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide proactive solutions to clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients
  • Handle escalations and provide prompt resolutions to maintain client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain a strong network and foster partnerships with potential clients
  • Train and supervise junior staff members to ensure exceptional service delivery
