Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs and providing customized solutions
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates
Conduct regular client meetings to assess their satisfaction and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services to clients
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide proactive solutions to clients
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients
Handle escalations and provide prompt resolutions to maintain client satisfaction
Build and maintain a strong network and foster partnerships with potential clients
Train and supervise junior staff members to ensure exceptional service delivery
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Manpower Recruitment industry
Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software
Team-player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
