Job Description

  • Forecasting and monitoring account metrics for each client
  • Communicating progress of quarterly, monthly, and yearly initiatives to stakeholders
  • Preparing account reports as requested by clients or supervisors
  • Collaborating with other teams and departments to meet client needs and create new opportunities
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery to meet customer needs and aims
  • Providing customer service to clients on all accounts
  • Negotiating contracts in the best interests of clients and organizations
  • Developing beneficial working relationships with all relevant stakeholders
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Viber, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Cultivating solid relationships with the team and the clients.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns.
  • Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast). 
  • Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, emails, or in person meetings.
  • Identifying and pitching the potential clients. 
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
  • Responding to client inquiries professionally and promptly. 
  • Training and providing overall guidance to the social media team.
  • Research, plan and execute marketing campaigns as per the client.
  • Proper briefing to the team before commencing any project or task.
  • Final check and proofread any content or creative before sending to the clients.
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
  • Keep up to date with any social media trends in the market.
  • Expert in Ad Manager for any social media handles.
  • Monitors and supervises the entire social media team.
  • Responsible for having daily or weekly meetings with the team and assigning them with the task.
  • Report directly to the management.
