Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Respond promptly to inquiries via calls, Facebook Messages, and emails.
Qualify potential clients and provide accurate information about our services.
Guide leads through decision-making, addressing concerns and objections.
Assist clients with their documentation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout their journey.
Keep clients informed, address queries, and collaborate with internal teams.
Meet conversion targets and report on leads and performance metrics.
Handle other ad hoc tasks as required.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or completion of high school education (Grade 12)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in CRM systems, email communication, Microsoft Office Suite, and Office 365.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and attention to detail.
Analytical, deductive, and problem-solving skills.
