Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Relationship Executive to support our client servicing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of advertising or marketing, and a genuine interest in building and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a support contact for day-to-day client communication.
  • Assist in managing client timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal creative/media/strategy teams to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Take meeting notes, prepare briefs, and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Help present campaign updates, ideas, and reports to clients.
  • Handle basic queries and escalate issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Support the team in creating proposals, presentations, and status reports.
  • Maintain organised records of client correspondence and project documents.
