Job Title: Client Relations Officer
Location: Remote - Work From Home (KTM, USA-Based)
Position Type: Full-Time (Female candidates preferred)
Age: Above 25 
Salary: Negotiable as per experience + commission

Role Summary:

We are seeking a smart, professional female candidate with strong communication skills to join our team as a Female Client Relations Officer with a background in sales and marketing to confidently take on this role. This role requires someone passionate about building relationships, engaging with high-quality clients, and providing innovative ideas for business development. This role requires daily virtual meetings with the team, client interactions, and occasional travel. Honest and highly confident person.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain rapport with clients, creating an open and comfortable atmosphere for interaction.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the matchmaking process.
  • Engage with high-caliber, educated clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Offer creative business ideas and strategic input to enhance service offerings and client engagement.
  • Proactively interact with team members to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage client data and update client status in the CRM system.
  • Effectively handle challenging situations with calmness and adaptability under pressure.
  • Conduct client interviews and perform thorough evaluations to understand each client’s preferences and compatibility requirements.
  • Assist with social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) management, utilizing online platforms to promote the service.
  • Represent NRN MATCH in public settings, demonstrating confidence and public speaking skills.
  • Think outside the box 
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to track progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills in client interactions.
  • A result-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and feedback with the clients until the case is closed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a management field
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and handle sensitive client information.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer applications and experience with social media platforms.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
  • Only female candidates are preferable 
  • Proficiency in computer skills, with experience in social media management preferred.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a passion for helping others.
  • Optimistic personality, well-groomed, and maintains self-care.
  • A social and outgoing personality - A social butterfly in nature
  • Flexible, eager to learn, and able to adapt to evolving company needs
  • Should have a PC/ Laptop with a good internet connection
  • We facilitate work from a home policy but the employee should have a sound environment (separate room for office) to work with proper internet connections and flexible working hours
  • Provide daily reports on ongoing shipment status and relevant updates to the Line Manager

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in client relations, customer service, relationship management, social media management, and sales & marketing is highly preferred. 
  • Fluency in speaking and writing - Nepali, Hindi, English, and other languages 
  • Background in business development or client relations.
