We are looking for a ( Female Candidate) proactive and confident individual to join our team as a Client Relations and Social Media Officer. This role involves managing client relationships (primarily with distributors), maintaining CRM records, and overseeing our brand’s social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients.
Update and manage client data, follow-ups, and reports in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication.
Create, schedule, and post engaging content on social media platforms.
Monitor messages, comments, and inquiries on social media.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, social media management, or a similar role.
Proficient in using CRM tools, social media analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients.
Strong organization, time management, and reporting skills.
Creative mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
