Job Description

Extratech Education Consultancy is looking for a Client Relation Executive to manage and maintain strong communication with our Australian clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent English proficiency, a professional personality, and prior experience in customer service or client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with Australian clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships.
  • Handle client queries and provide timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain proper client records and documentation.
  • Prepare and present daily or weekly updates to management.
  • Work proactively to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.
