Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently seeking a Client Relation Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and is looking to kick-start their career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up
Understand the needs and requirements of clients and provide them with appropriate solutions and services
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients by coordinating with relevant departments
Keep track of client accounts and provide regular updates to the management
Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends
Collaborate with the sales team to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
Resolve any client complaints or issues in a prompt and professional manner
Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and report findings to the management
Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase company services and build strong rapport
Keep updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights to the management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

+2 qualified candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented and able to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a client-facing role is a plus
Proficient in using MS Office applications
