Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Identify and onboard new B2B clients by showcasing the value of services.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met effectively.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting our services to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to provide insights and recommendations to the management.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Prepare and present sales and relationship reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Frequent visits to the clients for professionally representing the company and communicating regarding the services provided by the company.
Perform work as assigned by the supervisor/HOD timely and effectively.
