Job Description

Aayulogic is currently seeking an entry-level Client Relation Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Client Relation Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct targeted prospecting initiatives to identify and qualify potential clients. You will then establish effective communication with qualified leads through calls, emails, and meetings, delivering compelling product demonstrations and developing customized proposals to meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted prospecting initiatives to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Establish effective communication with qualified leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and develop customized proposals.
  • Negotiate and secure new client agreements to achieve sales targets.
  • Keep clients informed about new features, promotions, and additional services offered by company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and support sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
  • Track and manage all sales activities within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Final-Year students are also welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
