Job Description

Client Interaction:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for prospective students and their families.
  • Provide detailed information about UK universities, courses, admission processes, and visa requirements.
  • Assist clients with application forms and ensure all required documents are submitted on time.

Customer Service:

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by offering personalized services.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing and managing educational fairs, open days, and assessment events.
  • Represent AH&Z Associates at various promotional events and seminars.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on client activities and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
