  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional work experience in sales, customer service, or operations.
  • Prior experience in fashion, retail or tailoring industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Selling and negotiation skills.
  • Basic marketing knowledge (offline & digital preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with different departments.

Job Description

  • Communicate professionally with local and international clients (Nepal, Australia, UK, USA, Norway)
  • Manage in-store operations including inventory and showroom upkeep
  • Assist clients during consultations and in taking measurements (training will be provided)
  • Coordinate with our tailoring factory to ensure timely order completion and delivery
  • Support in managing sales processes and contribute to meeting monthly sales targets
  • Handle basic administrative duties and help streamline studio operations.
  • Execute marketing and client outreach strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all times

Note: Salary can be further discussed on the interview.
Office Time: 10 A.M. to 7 P.M.
