Job Description

Ivara is seeking a highly motivated Client Communication Officer with excellent English and communication skills. The role involves managing client interactions via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, the officer will coordinate solutions and maintain long-term client relationships. Flexibility across time zones and a commitment to Ivara’s high service standards are essential.
