Job Description

We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team as a mid-level Claim/Contract/IPC-Engineer in the construction and real estate industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze and negotiate contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Prepare, review and submit claims in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
  • Monitor project progress and identify any delays, issues or potential claims
  • Liaise with project management team to gather information and evidence to support claims
  • Prepare and review IPCs to ensure timely and accurate payments from clients
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify any potential issues
  • Collaborate with legal team to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements with clients
  • Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to claims and contracts
