Key Responsibilities:

Review, analyze and negotiate contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities
Prepare, review and submit claims in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
Monitor project progress and identify any delays, issues or potential claims
Liaise with project management team to gather information and evidence to support claims
Prepare and review IPCs to ensure timely and accurate payments from clients
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify any potential issues
Collaborate with legal team to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements with clients
Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to claims and contracts
