  • Communicate with claimants, policyholders, and other relevant parties professionally and empathetically.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of claims and explain any necessary actions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of each claim, including all correspondence and actions taken.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on claims activities as required.
