Job Description

  • Manage and lead the claims team, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure consistent high performance
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes and procedures to improve claims handling efficiency and customer experience
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices
  • Analyze claims data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex claims issues
  • Maintain updated knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to non-life insurance claims
  • Manage reserves and settlements within designated authority limits, escalating larger claims appropriately.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on department activities and performance metrics.
  • Direct the entire process of  claims, including evaluation, investigation, negotiation, and settlement
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements throughout the claims handling process to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
