  • Should be able to manage Construction Site
  • Should perform Quality Control protocols

  • Should be willing to travel to project sites
  • Proficiency in CAD software(AutoCAD etc), MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Job Description

  • Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
  • Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
  • Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
  • responsible for studying and understanding construction drawings as well as preparing quantity estimates of necessary materials and equipment required for civil activities at project site.
  • Conduct regular inspection and assess the work performance by sub-contractor and construction labors
  • Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
  • Managing Budgets and project resources
  • Ensures projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
