Academic Qualification:

Must have at least Master Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

Work Experience and Eligibility Criteria:

Must have 10 years or more relevant working experience in building construction
Shall have sound design and construction supervision skills and knowledge on multistoried buildings
Must have high level of analytical skills, capable of quickly sensing nature of projects and acting upon accordingly, and capable in preparing design/progess reports, design and drawings
Shall be recognized from his/her past performances
Must have good communication skills
Must have excellent knowledge on ETABS,CAD Skills, Excel, and Word

Salary and Fringe Benefits: Negotiable depending on the proven competency of the candidate
Duration: Three years with two months probation period
Starting date: Immediately after successful negotiation
