Position overview: 
Our Inhouse (Full-time, regular) faculty member is responsible for achieving the strategic objectives of the college by playing the roles of teacher, scholar, researcher, and mentor of the Department of Civil Engineering. She/he reports to the Head of Department (Department In-Charge).  The faculty member is responsible for developing the lesson plan, conducting classes, tutorials and laboratory sessions on the regular basis and evaluating students’ performance.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Conducting the “Teaching and Learning Activities” (prepare lessons plans and conduct classroom teaching and learning activities; develop teaching learning materials, conduct assessments and exams, execute field activities, conduct lab activities etc.).
• Conducting various students support functions (get enrolled in admission, counseling and induction, career mentoring, placements and corrective disciplinary supports).
• Administrative and other functions (Participate in different committees and meetings, in conducting other co-curricular and extracurricular activities, brainstorming sessions, student management issues and supports as sought by college).
• Involve in research and other activities/duties as assigned by the college.

Duty Station:  

• The duty station is Kathford International College of Engineering and Management (Engineering Block), Balkumari, Lalitpur.
