Other Specification

Diploma in Cvil Engineering)/Bachelor in Civil Engineering (BE)
Minimum three (3) years for Civil Engineering and five (5) years for Overseer. Preference will be given to those who have previously worked in Transmission Line (TL)
Should have the ability for managing the civil works and knowledge of mobilizing of equipment and manpower on site
Should be able to prepare BBS, Billings and work measurement sheet periodically
Prefer to those who passed with Hydro specialization
Survey, BBS, Billings is a must
Need to join within one week of selection

Salary and Benefits:

Basic Salary: 40K -50K per month
Food Allowances: 10K per month
Gross Salary: 50-60K Per month
Accommodation: Provided by company free of cost in the project, Solu .
Mobile balance: Mobile balance top up will be done by company on monthly basis.
Other benefits: as per company’s rule.

Job Description

To schedule and coordinate all construction processes, and disseminate the schedule to sub-contractors
To monitor all above works progress has been smoothly carried on as per approved design
To determine the best way to get materials to the building site and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project
To monitor the daily activities of subcontractors in respect to work in progress as per schedule, material mix as per standard and material quality
To guide supervisor and subcontractor for minimizing wastage of materials and breakage and rework activity
To manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
