Roles and responsibilities of this job

As we expand our business with multiple sports-related projects, we seek a young, energetic, and flexible Civil Engineer to oversee the construction of sports infrastructure, including sports grounds, artificial turf installation, land leveling, wall construction, drainage management, and truss construction. This role does not require extensive experience; instead, we encourage fresh graduates who are eager to learn and willing to travel as needed.

Since we specialize in sports construction, we strongly encourage sports enthusiasts to apply, as their passion and understanding of sports facilities will be an added advantage in executing projects efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sports Infrastructure Development: Oversee the construction of sports grounds, artificial turf installations, land leveling, wall construction, drainage systems, and truss construction to ensure quality and durability.
Site Supervision & Quality Control: Monitor construction sites to ensure work is executed per civil engineering guidelines, safety standards, and approved blueprints.
Blueprint Compliance: Ensure the built infrastructure matches the design plans and technical specifications, addressing any discrepancies.
Labor Management: Supervise and guide on-site workers, ensuring work is conducted efficiently in terms of time, scope, and cost.
Project Coordination: Act as a bridge between the field and office team, providing regular updates to the operations head about site progress, challenges, and requirements.
Technical Assessment & Contribution: Apply civil engineering knowledge to assess designs, suggest improvements, and ensure technical feasibility.
Cost Estimation: Assist in calculating material quantities, estimating project costs, and optimizing budget allocation.
Client Communication: Clearly communicate project requirements, technical details, and site progress to clients, ensuring alignment with their expectations.
Conflict Management & Issue Resolution: Address site discrepancies, material shortages, and labor disputes, ensuring smooth project execution through effective solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (BE) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in site management are encouraged to apply.
Sports enthusiasts are highly encouraged to apply.
Owning a vehicle is a plus.
Willingness to travel outside the valley as required.

Skills Required:

Energetic and proactive in managing site responsibilities.
Passion for sports infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with clients, workers, and internal teams.
Basic civil engineering knowledge with proficiency in CAD drawings.
