Job Description

Topographical and layout surveys
Construction supervision of building structures
Quality control
Quantity measurement and certification
Bill verification and certification
Progress monitoring
Preparation of various reports

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from reputed institution
Masters degree in Structural Engineering an added advantage
Minimum two years experience in construction supervision of buildings projects
Minimum one year experience in construction supervision of multi-storey buildings

Job Specification:

Experience in construction supervision of RCC multi-storey buildings with basements
Good knowledge of layout surveys using total stations
Good knowledge of laboratory and quality control procedures
Good knowledge of MS Office package, especially MS Word and MS Excel
Good knowledge and experience with AUTOCAD, MS Project/ Primavera, etc.
Good report writing and presentation skills
