Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, supervising civil and interior works, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with clients and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage civil construction and interior design sites
Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates
Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
Ensure quality and safety standards are met at all project sites
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers
Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
Assist in procurement planning and material management
Solve on-site issues and provide timely engineering solutions

Job Specification

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering software
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and team coordination abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Valid two-wheeler license preferred
