Experience managing projects successfully from start to finish
Skilled at negotiating and developing relationships with Clients, consultants and subcontractors
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team; minimum 2 years supervisory experience

Job Description

Monitoring, managing, and coordinating various projects
Designing, Estimating, and drawing of buildings and other Projects
Preparation of proposals, schedules,and specifications
Preparation of tender Bids
Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs like ETABS, AutoCAD etc
Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including Consultants and subcontractors
Resolving design and development problems
Managing budgets and project resources
Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
Making sure the project complies with Technical, safety and legal requirements,
Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
