We are a reputed construction company seeking for qualified Civil Engineer for Road projects with the following required qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed road construction plans, including drawings, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet project goals.
• Conduct field surveys and investigations, and ensure engineering solutions align with technical and environmental standards.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, government officials, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures for materials and construction techniques.
• Prepare and track project budgets, ensuring costs are within the approved limits.
• Identify potential risks or issues and provide solutions to mitigate them.
• Prepare progress reports, and update stakeholders on project milestones, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in road construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
  
• Strong knowledge of highway and road construction techniques.
  
• Experience with surveying tools and equipment.
  
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Note: The job location is Basundhara, Kathmandu with the possibility of frequent travel to all over Nepal.
