Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 4 Years’ Experience in Building Construction
Good communication skills
Good Knowledge of IPC Bill Preparation
Good Command on AutoCAD
Good knowledge of estimation and Costing
Good Knowledge of PPMO and Documentation for bidding
Good Knowledge of Arc-GIS
Should be able to coordinate with site supervisor and execute the work as per schedule and maintain the work quality and EHS standards
Familiar with customer and client dealing and negotiations
Should have knowledge of documentation work
