Job Description

You will be responsible not just for the technical part of the project, but the overall management from project supervision to project management. You will be engaging with clients on a day-to-day basis and managing the team that works directly on the projects.

House of Interiors is one of the fastest growing interiors and construction company in Nepal. We serve client in and outside Kathmandu valley. Hence travel will be required for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret the drawing to the different team
  • Insure the work is being done as per the drawing and within time line/ work schedule
  • Co-ordinate with sub contractors, factory and design team
  • Take measurement and prepare bill
  • Report  daily about the work progress
  • Prepare work schedule and ensure that work is being done as per the schedule
  • Oversee day to day operation of the project
  • Overseeing work execution
  • Handling multi workers for tark
  • Prepare reports and documentation for project status reporting

Note: 

  • Preference will be given with those with experience in Interior construction project
  • Driving licence of two wheeler is must
