Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized university
5 years’ experience in building constructions
Knowledge of infrastructure rules and regulations, and quality standards in Nepal, building and construction practices
Excellent command on project control techniques with detailed understanding of project planning, site execution, schedules and budget management
Good language command in both English and Nepali (both writing and speaking)
Expected to have excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude

Job Description

Responsible to supervise/oversee the assigned construction projects and ensure the quality and efficiency
Reviews the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Coordinates with Architect, Consultants and other relevant departments
Conducts on-site investigations and analyze data

Nature of service: Contract with possibility of extension

Salary: Negotiable
