• Prepare and verify all engineering drawings (Survey and as build drawings) as per standards
• Monitoring and controlling the ongoing construction to ensure that the work is being done correctly and the project stays on schedule
• Compilation of the daily progress report and update to higher level (In-charge)
• Act as point of contact for all site activities, overseeing daily operations and prepare detailed summarize reports
• Prepare necessary streamline for the safety of workers and members of the public
• Provide the guideline about the project’s design and plan according to the civil overseers
• Daily routine visit to inspect the works and deals with locals and vendors to prevent miscommunication and try to resolve the issues
• Instantly follow of messages on any changes to the plans and stick to the project schedules
• Coordinate with overseers, and vendors to ensure the sufficient supply of materials and maintain the inventory records
• Collecting and sharing information of sites which require permits and approval from appropriate authorities
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet the deadlines of the project
• Preparing the estimation costs, rate analysis for each element of the project, such as material and labor
