Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Supervising and counselling junior or trainee engineers
Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
Planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed on deadlines.
Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
Preparing reports as required
Understanding building codes
Supervising construction crews
Understanding how construction equipment works for inspection
Operation and maintenance of this equipment

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Must have Bachelor in Civil Engineering
Well Knowledge about safety guidelines and regulations addressing construction
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Team work
Can work under the pressure
Flexible for travel
