Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Prepare bills
Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
Managing budgets and project resources
Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including subcontractors
Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills
Complete knowledge of relevant legislation
Problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations

Note: We do not want recently pass out graduates. We want experienced and responsible individuals.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 10 years

Other Specification

Must have done Bachelors in Civil Engineering
Masters in Construction Management is preferred
At least 10 years of experience in building construction
Must have good communication skills
Should be able to manage Multiple construction sites
Should coordinate with all stakeholders
Should perform Quality Control protocols
Shall be able to work in flexible hours as per site activities
Must be honest
