Job Description

Manage, develop, and maintain interior projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
Team work with engineers, architects, and able to use technical skills to make sure that building sites are fit for purpose
Co-ordinate and manage the technical team as well as handling the overall project
Mobilize the necessary equipment and manpower accordingly
Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities and everything related to project from drawings, BOQ, bills/estimates etc.
Complete supervision, management and monitor the site for the quality of service
Required to travel various Construction Sites, (outside valley) when required
Prepare a periodic report about the status of the ongoing project and submit to reporting person
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Note: Two- wheeler driving licence is required for this post
