Minimum 1 years’ experience in Construction field (Experience in Hydroelectric project is preferable)
Candidate should have completed B.E. in Civil Engineer from China
Candidate should have fluency in Chinese Language(Speaking) and written would be more preferable
Candidate should have good skill in Drafting software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS etc.
Candidate should have good skill of (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.)
Should be able to deal with sensitive information and to communicate tactfully

Preparing Rate Analysis, Cost Estimates, and BoQ including preparation of specifications of work.
Designing structures when necessary and analyzing design concepts.
Providing technical advice and solving technical difficulties.
Preparation/ verification of Interim Payment Certificates
Conducting desk or feasibility study of hydropower projects.
Coordinating with other technical members to plan and manage work.
Preparation/ interpretation of contract documents.
