Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitation of construction works as per approved drawing/design
  • Preparation of Bill of Quantities & Bill & Contractors
  • Supervision and execution of construction activities like civil/sanitary/finishing/sewer line/road pavement etc
  • Preparation of Project Schedule and Cash Flow Schedule on a monthly basis
  • Preparation of Purchase Quantities in accordance with the final design and drawing
