Civil Engineer

Location: Kathmandu Valley

Required Key Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:

• BE Civil having at least 2 years of working experience as a Civil Engineer in a Building Construction.
  
• Good working knowledge of the construction of various components of the building.
  
• Knowledge of different construction technology, techniques, and methods.
  
• Experience in managing the day to day activities of the construction site.
  
• Ability to explain design and drawings.
  
• Ability to monitor construction jobs strictly as per approved design and drawings.
  
• Ability to measure and value the work done on site maintaining high accuracy
• Comfortable in working with blueprints and maps.
  
• Excellent Supervising, Team working and communication skills
  
• Excellent Numerical skills, Excellent command over MS Office
  
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.), Auto Cad.
