Job Description

  • Collect the market information and feedback relating to subscription and retail sales and ensure timely distribution of paper.
  • Payment and subscription follow up for inside and outside valley and submit report to supervisor weekly.
  • Travel outside valley for payment follow-up if needed.
  • Take a lead role to renew subscription as well as make new subscription of Aarthik Abhiyan and New Business Age
  • Coordinate with distributors, supervisors and customers to address and pro activity resolve customer’s complaints.
  •  Monitor the activities of the dispatch team and advise them accordingly in coordination with the Department Head.
  • Timely renewal of sales agency, distributor and supervisor agreements so that to avoid discrepancies with them and proper filing of agreements and related official documents.
  • Ensure proper communication with the sales agencies regarding dispatch and timely collection of dues.
  • Monitor the performance of distributors, supervisors and distribution staff, in coordination with department head and advice appropriately to the concerned head.
  •  Handling all the issues relating to distributors and distributors areas, allocating and delegating the route for the distributors and supervisors. Ensure timely distribution of the distributors.
  •  Act as second in charge of the department and assist the Department head in overall management of the department strategy and plans and carrying out other promotional activities. Also, manage the department in the absence of the Department Head.
