Job Description

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reporting to: Casino Marketing Executive- Nepal

Responsible for: Marketing Operations

Purpose of the role:

Responsible for performing a wide range of duties which includes but are not limited to catering to the needs of the guests, liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations etc. Responsible for attending to the guests in a professional and courteous manner with the aim of delivering excellent customer service.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Greet and escort guests to the table
  • Assist the guests who do not speak English in translating the language (Chinese specifically) for easier communication
  • Relay the style and tone of the original language
  • Render spoken messages accurately, quickly, and clearly
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of products, events, promotions and general information relating to the services offered by the company
  • Maintain current data profile of regular guests in order to ensure that personal preference is met e.g. tables, games, drinks, food, rooms etc
  • Promptly respond to guest’s requests in a considerate, professional and positive manner
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all related departments to run operation smoothly and satisfy guest’s requirements
  • Maintain and establish relationships with premium-valued gaming guests 
  • Market the company’s brand in the correct manner to ensure a high level of awareness and acknowledgment of all amenities
  • Work to reactivate inactive VIP guests through direct contact i.e. mail, telephone, personal visits, etc.
  • Interact with internal and external resources to identify VIP guests
  • Resolves guest complaints and/or conflicts
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
