Role overview:

To be Technical lead for the Child protection(CP) , Adolescent Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health (AYSRH) and Gender Based violence(GBV) theme in Leave no Girl Behind (LNGB)-ENGAGE project

Skills, qualifications and experience required
Essential:

At least Bachelor’s degree in any social science subjects with Heath Education and gender studies Background
At least 5 years work experience in the sector of child protection, GBV and Health promotion particularly working with women, children and youth in the vulnerable community
Good knowledge and understanding of CP, GBV and AYSRH issues and policies in Nepal
Experience of working with Education promotion projects
Ability to analyses information, evaluate options, and follow the strategic directions as guided
Capable of applying his/her skills and knowledge in a range of capacities, including direct implementation, advisory functions, training and transfer technical skills to others

Desirable:

Experience of working with or as volunteer
Experience in advocacy work
Experience on media and/or advocacy
