Job Description

Requirements:

  • Min10 yrs experience as a sales/marketing manager in the real estate business
  • Master in business with a major in sales/marketing
  • Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Min age- 35 yrs.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets
  • Carry out surveys to spot the price of competing properties on the housing/apartments
  • Research and analyze sales options and new business opportunities
  • Must be able to close deals with clients in the field as well as office
  • Assisting the in the formulation of the sales proposition, project brief and FAQ
  • Costing of projects based on market feedback and information.
