Job Description

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s all the deparments including finance , accounts , manufacturing operations, human resource including production, quality control, supply chain, and logistics.
regularly follow up on all the tax laws and other financial and adminitrative and labor laws compliance.
Collaborate with the CEO / MD to develop long-term operational strategies and growth plans.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify opportunities for operational improvements
Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices to drive operational excellence.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, including production managers, quality control specialists, and supply chain professionals.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
Ensure that all products meet or exceed industry quality standards and customer expectations.
Oversee the implementation of quality control systems and processes to minimize defects and waste.
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.
Ensure that all manufacturing operations comply with relevant industry regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
