Job Description

Requirements:

  • 8-10 yrs experience as GM in real estate or related field
  • Working knowledge of Flow Chart Monitoring Sheets, Checklists, and Performance Management Sheets
  • Master in business administration, management or a related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way-Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Lead the development of all  projects
  • Oversee the acquisition and sale of properties, coordinate the due diligence process, and ensure all documents are in compliance with local and federal regulations
  • Manage the financial performance of all projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Analyze market trends, demographics, and competition to identify opportunities for growth
  • Design and implement strategies for increasing occupancy and revenue
  • Prepare and monitor reports on project progress and financial performance
  • Create and implement business strategies, manage budgets, oversee sales and marketing activities, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supervise, monitor and audit activities of all staff
