Minimun 5-6 yrs of experience as COO or Operation Manager in real estate business.
Working knowledge of Flow Chart Monitoring Sheets, Checklist, Performance Management Sheet.
Masters in Business Administration, Management or related feld.
Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Age: 30 yrs Plus

Ensure all operations are carried on in and appropriate, cost effective way
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Report on operational performance and suggest improvement
Lead the development of all projects
Oversee the acquisition and sale of properties, coordinate the due diligence process, and ensure all documents are in compliance with local and federal regulations
Manage the financial performance of all projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Analyze market trends, demographics, and competition to identify opportunities for growth
Design and implement strategies for increasing occupancy and revenue
Prepare and monitor reports on project progress and financial performance
Create and implement business strategies, manage budgets, oversee sales and marketing activities, and ensure customer satisfaction
Supervise, monitor and audit activities of all staff
