Roles and responsibilities of this job

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the company.
Implementation of Strategies: Execute business plans and strategies developed by the CEO and the board.
Departmental Oversight: Supervise various departments such as property management, construction, and development.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics and ensure departments meet their goals.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the CEO and board on operational performance.

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in operations management in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading operations in the real estate industry.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
