Job Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations at Apala, ensuring smooth functioning, profitability, and exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee inventory management, including procurement, stocking, and merchandise selection.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Streamline processes and workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.

Financial Management: 

  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
