  • Develop and manage the hospital's budget, optimize financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining or improving patient care standards.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including staffing, equipment, and facilities to ensure the hospital's smooth operation.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the hospital's strategic plan, aligning operational goals with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Stay up-to-date with healthcare technology trends and lead the integration of innovative technologies that can improve patient care, efficiency, and data management.
