  • Bachelors in Business Management, Commerce or any other related field. MBA is a plus
  • Several years of operational experience and at least 5 years in senior management role
  • Senior-level operational management experience in media field or experience in leading multinational organization is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in financial and operational analysis and planning
  • Previous experience in overseeing sales, HR and administrative teams
  • Able to motivate and drive good morale for delivery of consistent and quality manpower outputs
  • Flexible and able to multitask and set priorities
  • Excellent English language skills (Spoken and Written)
  • Fluent in local language
  • Computer skills and proficient in MS-office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  


Job Description

  • Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Define and implement a comprehensive Management Information System MIS
  • Establish policies that promote company culture, vision, and employee development
  • Oversee the daily operations of the company and the work of assigned departments (Marketing, Human Resources, IT, and Administration)
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel
  • Oversee the daily operations and implement improvements as necessary
  • Manage relationships with partners and vendors
  • Act as a “client-care officer” through direct contact with major customers and vendors
