Collaborate with the Managing Director in setting and driving organizational vision and operational strategy
Drive the company’s operating capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction
Manage and develop strategies to guide the company’s future in a positive direction
Transform strategies into actionable goals and help to implement organization-wide goal setting and periodic operating planning
Proactively seek opportunities to improve, develop and enhance the organization’s performance
Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
Create an accountable and success-oriented working environment
