  • Reduction in customer acquisition cost (CAC) and churn rates.

Work Schedule

  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Timing: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy for a fast-growing SaaS product. As the CMO, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing product adoption, and enhancing brand visibility in a highly competitive market. This role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in SaaS marketing, demand generation, and growth strategies to scale a subscription-based business.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to achieve aggressive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth goals.
  • Align marketing strategies with business objectives, collaborating closely with the CEO, product, and sales teams.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment across all marketing channels.
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing:

  • Build and scale demand generation campaigns across digital channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing).
  • Develop and optimize lead generation funnels to maximize customer acquisition and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze customer acquisition costs (CAC) and customer lifetime value (CLV) to ensure sustainable growth.
Product Marketing:

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the SaaS market.
  • Develop customer personas and buyer journeys to inform targeted marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand features, benefits, and use cases to create compelling narratives.
Brand Management:

  • Build a strong and recognizable brand identity for the SaaS product.
  • Establish the company as a thought leader through industry partnerships, events, and content strategies.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Customer Insights & Analytics:

  • Leverage data analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts in real-time.
  • Use customer feedback, market research, and competitor analysis to refine strategies.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in the SaaS space to stay ahead of competitors.

Team Leadership:

  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, including specialists in digital marketing, product marketing, and brand management.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing department.
Budget & Stakeholder Management:

  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Communicate marketing performance, insights, and strategies to the executive team and stakeholders.
